Waterproof Liner ROLLS
AquaCast Liner Rolls are breathable waterproof cast liners made with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). They are available in 2”, 3”, 4” and 6" widths. Each roll is 66” long. Rolls can be purchased either by the box (12 rolls per box of 2", 3" and 4"; 6 rolls per box of 6") or as part of individual starter packs (in the patient kit section).
Saw Stop® DE-FLEX® Protective Strip
Our SawStop® DE-FLEX® Protective Strips are tough, waterproof, flexible ribbons engineered to help healthcare professionals remove any cast with confidence. Our cast removal aids provide an added layer of protection against cuts and burns from the cast saw and can be used with any type of cast without adding bulk. Additionally, we offer two sizes of the popular Zip Stick, including a new smaller, pediatric size.

Saw Stop® Zip Stick cast removal aid. This plastic stick is used to shield the patient when a cast is removed. It can be reused on multiple patients as long as it is not damaged.
AquaCast Liner Starter Kit
Includes: (2) rolls of 2 inch wide by 66 inch long AquaCast liner, (2) rolls of 3 inch wide by 66 inch long AquaCast liner, (2) rolls of 4 inch wide by 66 inch long AquaCast liner and 10 foot roll of Saw Stop® DE-FLEX® Protective Strip.
AquaCast Form Fit
AquaCast® Form Fit's one-piece design provides a time-saving padding solution for a short arm cast. The rugged liner cannot be pulled or removed from the cast by the patient. The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) material is breathable and waterproof so excess water drains rapidly through the continuous AquaCast Form Fit Liner System. Adhesive strips enable easy application and molding. Packs of 4 units are available in Small, Medium and Large sizes. Sizing chart is below.

Kit includes; 66 inch long rolls of AquaCast liner and an appropriate length of Saw Stop DE-FLEX Protective Strip.
The kit identified for your situation is based on typical applications with experienced technicians. We suggest you contact your physician to confirm roll size and quantity needed.
For special casts (i.e. Ulna Gutter, thumb spica, etc) please check with your doctor for a recommendation. Fiberglass, which forms the outer protective shell, is available at your healthcare providers location.
